Promotion Terms

AOWEISI Official Website Promotion Terms

Last updated:May 3, 2026

These Promotion Terms apply to discounts, promotions, points, referral rewards, gifts, membership benefits, and other marketing activities launched or displayed on the official AOWEISI brand website (the "Site"). Before you participate in any activity, use any offer, or claim any reward, please read this page and the relevant campaign pages carefully.

This page should be read together with the Site's Terms of Service, Payment FAQ, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If a campaign page, checkout page, or specific rules provide more detailed instructions for an individual promotion, the more specific, newer, or more targeted rules prevail.

I. Scope

These rules apply to marketing benefits and promotional mechanisms that the Site currently offers or may offer in the future, including without limitation:

•Promo / discount codes; •New-customer offers; •Spend thresholds (money off / gifts); •Bundle deals; •Limited-time discounts; •Free-shipping campaigns; •Gifts / samples / trial perks; •Points programmes; •Referral rewards; •Membership perks; •Exclusive offers during campaigns; •Other promotional arrangements published, displayed, or communicated by the Site.

II. Quick summary

To help you understand this page quickly, please note the following principles:

1. Unless a campaign page, checkout page, or specific rules clearly say otherwise, different discounts, codes, points redemption, referral rewards, and gift eligibility generally cannot be freely stacked. 2. Promotions usually have time limits, quantity limits, eligibility limits, regional limits, or order restrictions. 3. New-customer offers, member offers, referral rewards, and perk programmes are generally limited to eligible accounts. 4. If an order is cancelled, fully or partially refunded, refused on delivery, returned, charged back, or adjusted after sale, related points, referral rewards, gift eligibility, offer eligibility, or other benefits may be revoked, reduced, voided, frozen, or recalculated. 5. For abusive use, bulk arbitrage, self-referral, fake accounts, exploiting vulnerabilities, codes obtained through unauthorised channels, or other improper conduct, the Site may cancel orders, revoke rewards, close accounts, or take other necessary measures. 6. The Site may, within reason, modify, replace, suspend, or terminate campaigns or correct abnormal promotional outcomes caused by system errors.

III. Types of campaigns

Depending on timing and operations, the Site may run different marketing campaigns. Common types include:

1. Promo / discount code campaigns Entering a specific code at checkout may unlock a discount, perk, campaign eligibility, or other benefit.

2. New-customer campaigns Offers or perks for users who meet first-order conditions.

3. Threshold campaigns (money off / gifts / perks) When an order meets a stated threshold, price reductions, gifts, add-on perks, or other defined benefits may apply.

4. Bundle offers Preset savings when purchasing specified combinations or bundles.

5. Points and rewards Users may earn points, reward balances, exclusive perks, or membership benefits under platform rules.

6. Referral rewards Rewards for inviting new users or sharing referral links or codes.

7. Gifts / samples / trial perks Additional gifts, samples, trial sizes, or other extras when order conditions are met.

IV. Eligibility

1. Different campaigns may apply to different users, regions, order types, or product ranges.

2. Unless stated otherwise on the campaign page, eligibility may be limited by factors such as:

•Account status; •Country or region; •New vs returning customer; •Registered account requirement; •Order threshold; •Validity within the campaign period; •Whether products fall within the applicable scope.

3. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Site campaigns generally apply only to genuine personal consumption and not to bulk hoarding, resale, distribution, commercial resale, platform arbitrage, or other non-consumer scenarios.

4. If a campaign limits use to one account, person, device, address, email, payment account, or referral code, the Site may identify and restrict duplicate or abnormal claims in reasonable ways.

5. If a customer does not meet eligibility requirements, the platform may refuse issuance or revoke, adjust, or cancel related offers or benefits.

V. Promo and discount codes

1. Codes and promotional credentials may only be used within their validity period, applicable scope, and stated conditions.

2. Unless checkout or campaign pages clearly say otherwise, each order generally may use only one primary promo code.

3. Codes generally may not:

•Be redeemed for cash; •Be resold; •Be transferred to unauthorised parties; •Be applied retroactively to orders already placed; •Be used after expiry; •Be combined with other offers that are non-stackable by default.

4. Codes that are not officially published by the Site, have unclear origin, are tampered with, invalid, abnormally generated, or spread without authorisation may be treated as void.

5. If a code takes effect abnormally due to system, configuration, or input errors, the platform may correct order totals, cancel orders, or revoke the abnormal benefit.

6. Whether codes may be combined with points, reward balances, gift eligibility, or other offers is determined by checkout and campaign disclosures.

VI. Points, referrals, and membership — general rules

1. Points, referral rewards, reward balances, membership perks, and similar benefits apply only to genuine accounts that comply with Site rules.

2. Unless clearly stated otherwise, one natural person should generally maintain only one primary personal account for participation.

3. The following are generally prohibited:

•Self-referral; •Fabricated referral relationships; •Multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards; •Exploiting vulnerabilities to claim repeatedly; •Splitting orders for arbitrage; •Using others' identities or accounts to obtain benefits; •Obtaining campaign benefits through improper orders.

4. Based on reasonable risk controls, the platform may issue, use, freeze, revoke, void, or recalculate points, referral rewards, balances, and membership benefits.

5. Unless campaign pages say otherwise, points, referral rewards, balances, and perks generally may not:

•Be redeemed for cash; •Be resold; •Be transferred to third parties; •Be asserted as legal tender or equivalent.

6. Specific earn rates, referral amounts, tier rules, validity, and availability are governed by the Site's points rules, referral rules, membership pages, or campaign pages.

VII. Gifts, samples, and perks

1. The Site may provide gifts, samples, trial perks, add-on perks, or other extras in specified campaigns.

2. Unless stated otherwise, such gifts or perks typically:

•Are limited in quantity; •Are available while supplies last; •Cannot be sold separately; •Cannot be redeemed for cash; •May not exactly match illustrative images; •May be substituted with equivalent value or type where reasonable.

3. If an order no longer meets the original threshold after payment, before shipment, or after after-sales handling, the platform may cancel gift eligibility or adjust refunds as required by the rules.

4. If gifts were shipped but the order later fails gifting conditions due to refund, partial refund, refusal, return, etc., gift benefits may lapse; the platform may deduct reasonable value in refunds or handle matters per the rules.

5. Final issuance of gifts, samples, and perks depends on checkout, campaign pages, order status, and inventory.

VIII. Stacking offers

1. Unless campaign, product, checkout pages, or specific rules clearly say otherwise, different offers generally cannot be freely stacked.

2. Typical restrictions may include:

•Codes not stackable with other codes; •Codes not stackable with certain member perks; •Certain money-off not stackable with certain gifts; •Referral rewards not stackable with certain first-order deals; •Points redemption not stackable with certain discounts; •Free shipping not cumulated with certain shipping perks.

3. What checkout displays as available is generally one valid front-end outcome for the order under applicable rules.

4. If the system erroneously displays incompatible benefits together, the platform may correct, cancel orders, or adjust outcomes within reason.

IX. How thresholds are calculated

1. Thresholds may be calculated differently per campaign, for example:

•By gross merchandise value; •Pre-discount amount; •Post-discount amount; •Actually paid product amount; •Whether shipping, taxes, gifts, or excluded items count depends on the campaign description.

2. Unless stated otherwise, thresholds typically do not automatically include:

•Shipping; •Taxes; •Items that are invalid or ineligible; •Items outside the campaign scope.

3. If an order no longer meets the threshold after applying offers, partial refunds, edits, removals, or after-sales steps, related offers, gifts, perks, or rewards may lapse or be recalculated.

4. Whether a threshold is met is determined by checkout logic and the platform's final review.

X. Adjustments after cancellation, refund, refusal, or return

1. If any of the following occurs:

•Cancellation; •Full refund; •Partial refund; •Refusal on delivery; •Return shipment; •Customs failure; •Chargeback; •Abnormal order adjustment; related points, referral rewards, balances, gift eligibility, offer eligibility, membership perks, or other campaign benefits may be revoked, reduced, frozen, voided, or recalculated.

2. Common measures may include:

•Clawback of issued points; •Cancellation or recovery of referral rewards; •Voiding or recalculating reward balances; •Loss of gift eligibility; •No reissue of code benefits; •Loss of campaign eligibility when partial refunds break thresholds.

3. If benefits were granted upon completion but the order is later reversed by refund, refusal, after-sales, etc., the platform may correct benefit records under the rules.

4. For more specific refund and after-sales rules, see also the Site's Returns & Refunds Policy.

XI. Abuse, cheating, and enforcement

The following are generally treated as abnormal or improper participation:

•Fake accounts; •Self-referral; •Bulk registration; •Bulk split-order arbitrage; •Code abuse; •Abnormal codes from non-official channels; •Profiting from errors or vulnerabilities; •Repeated claims that should not repeat; •Reselling gifts, rewards, or exclusive perks; •Repeated arbitrage via chargebacks, returns, or refunds; •Other conduct the platform reasonably deems dishonest or inconsistent with campaign purpose.

If any of the above occurs, the platform may, with or without advance notice as reasonable:

•Cancel orders; •Disqualify participants; •Revoke points, rewards, or perks; •Adjust order amounts; •Close or restrict accounts; •Refuse future orders; •Reserve further remedies.

— — — — — — — — — — — — — — —

XII. Changes, suspension, termination, and substitution

1. The platform may, within reason and subject to inventory, systems, laws, compliance, risk controls, supply, performance, or operations, modify, replace, suspend, or terminate any campaign.

2. The platform may:

•Change campaign timing; •Change gifts or perks; •Adjust eligibility; •Adjust reward rules; •Correct obvious errors on campaign pages, pricing, or promotional outcomes;

3. If benefits, gifts, points, or rewards are wrongly granted due to outages, misconfiguration, page errors, inventory errors, technical anomalies, or other abnormal circumstances, the platform may correct, withdraw, or cancel them.

4. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for extra compensation solely due to reasonable campaign adjustments, except where mandatory consumer rights apply that cannot be waived.

— — — — — — — — — — — — — — —

XIII. Limitation of liability and interpretation

1. Campaigns, rewards, gifts, codes, points, and perks are generally marketing arrangements and do not constitute legal cash rights, fixed-return promises, or irrevocable assets.

2. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the platform is not liable for indirect loss, opportunity loss, or expected-profit loss arising from campaign anomalies, eligibility limits, technical corrections, reward withdrawal, or campaign termination.

3. If this page conflicts with a specific campaign page on a concrete matter, the more specific, newer, or more targeted rule prevails.

4. Where applicable law grants consumers non-waivable statutory rights, those provisions apply to the extent required.
